2017 CPS Attorney Ad Litem Trial Advocacy Seminar
Each year the DCBA hosts a CPS Ad Litem Seminar. This year, we are proud to host our first CPS Ad Litem Trial Advocacy seminar. Using a past CPS case from Denton County, a team of fantastic local speakers and Judges will run a mock trial throughout the day from start to finish. This Ad Litem seminar will provide attorneys currently not on the CPS Ad Litem court-appointment list the opportunity to participate, as well as helping current court-appointed attorneys who have been representing parents and children.
In addition to our All - Star presenters from across Denton County, we are honored to also feature the phenomenal jury and trial consultant, Robert Hirschhorn during this seminar.
This Seminar provides for 6.75 hours of CLE Credit in Family law with 1.0 Hour of Ethics AND includes TBLS SPECIALIZATION CREDIT in Family Law
