Burrows Law Group is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Associate Attorney with 5-10 years of family law experience, including substantial high-asset divorce casework, to join our distinguished legal team. Candidates with experience practicing in Denton or Collin Counties are strongly preferred.

We seek a seasoned family law attorney who is passionate about advocating for clients with both tenacity and empathy, particularly in complex, high-stakes divorce and custody matters.
Key Responsibilities:
• Represent clients in complex family law matters, including high-asset divorces, business valuations, property division, child custody disputes, and pre- and postnuptial agreements
• Develop and execute strategic litigation plans for high-net-worth clients
• Conduct legal research and draft high-level legal documents, pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements
• Lead negotiations, mediations, depositions, and trial proceedings
• Work collaboratively with financial experts, forensic accountants, and other specialists to advocate for clients
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior attorneys and legal staff
Qualifications:
• Active Texas Bar license (Required)
• 5-10 years of family law experience with a focus on high-asset divorce cases (Required)
• Extensive litigation, deposition, and trial experience
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and courtroom advocacy skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to manage a caseload with minimal supervision while working collaboratively within a team
Job Type & Schedule:
• Full-time position
• Monday to Friday, standard business hours
